Placing your order at WHITEWEAR leaves you in competent hands. We keep a close check on the entire process, leaving you free to spend your time on the things you are passionate about.

No two customers are alike. That said, the order process will typically be as followed, when you order at WHITEWEAR.

Know that, when you choose WHITEWEAR as your supplier of healthcare uniforms and hospital linen, your order is in safe hands. We manage the entire process for you, leaving you free to focus on your (many) other tasks. Should you have questions about any part of the process under ways, do feel free to contact us.

1: You tell us what you need

You may have a specific inquiry for a particular product, or you need help finding the right product.
Either way, send us an e-mail or give us a call.

2: We get back to you with an offer, within 48 hours

You need an answer, and you need it quickly. That is why we get back to you within 48 hours (on workdays) with a detailed quote, specifying a price, quality, and delivery time. Should we need more information from you, we will reach out at the earliest convenience. And should you have any questions, comments, or changes to your inquiry, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

3: You accept the quotation

You accept our offer by e-mail.

4: We proceed with your order and confirm your delivery date

Immediately after receiving the go-ahead from you, we proceed with your order and put our suppliers to work. We confirm your delivery date so you know when you can expect your wares.

5: Spot checks and updates

We receive samples of your ordered goods for approval, both in pre-production and before your order is shipped out. This way, we can ensure the quality of your product lives up to our high standards, both before production starts and before we dispatch the products to Denmark. Whether or not you need to approve these samples, depends on whether you order a ready-made product or a bespoke item. Together, we will figure out what makes the best sense for you and your business. If anything changes along the way, we will inform you.

6: The goods are delivered

We deliver the goods to your doorstep – or keep them stored in our warehouse, from where you can call-off the amount of product you need, when you need it.
